Summer Camp Rates

Tiered Rate Program (Summer Only):  Recognizing that families have different abilities to pay for camp, Westminster Woods has instituted a voluntary three-tier fee program. It is a 'free will' system; you choose the level that is comfortable and affordable for your family. All campers receive the same amazing experience regardless of the amount paid. *The Tiered Rate Program does not apply to Bridge, Rock and Row, or Friendship Camp.

payment and cancellation policy

Payment and Cancellation Policy: There is a $100 non-refundable deposit required to register for all programs. If you are only paying the deposit now, be aware that the balance is due in full 30 days prior to arrival at camp. If you pay the deposit by credit card, your card will be charged for the remaining balance 30 days prior to the start of your camp session, unless prior arrangements are made for payment. If your church is contributing to your balance, please be in communication with your church; we have asked churches to pay their portion 45 days prior to camp. For a refund of all except the deposit, cancellation notice must be received in writing 7 days prior to the first day of camp. Late notifications, no-shows, and/or early departures are not eligible for a refund. A service charge of $15 will be added for returned checks.

How the rates for camp Are determined

The camp’s base costs for food, energy, and maintenance have risen sharply over the past two years.  We will be offering tiered pricing for our summer camps in 2020.

Our camp fees include supervision, lodging, three nutritious meals per day, all snacks, special activities, access to camp photos and a camp t-shirt.  The cost for a 6-night camp is about $100 per day.  We believe this is an appropriate cost for the quality of overnight camping experience that we provide. 

Ways to Pay for Camp

There are multiple ways to pay for camp. We are willing to work with you to make your payments. If you need to create a specific plan please contact the Ministries Assistant, Cassie, at cassie@westminsterwoods.org. Also, let the Ministries Assistant know if you plan to receive support from your church.

If you are paying with a credit card, you can always log back into your online profile to make additional payments.

If you are sending a check, please put the camper’s name in the memo line and put “Attn: Ministries Department” on the envelope.
