The joyful shouts and cheers of over a hundred boys and girls echo through Sherwood Forest. Swimming, crafts, creative Bible studies, archery, games, and hiking fill these campers’ days.
Camp length: 6 nights, Sunday afternoon – Saturday morning
Sleeping Accommodations: Campers sleep on bunk beds inside cabins, huts (tarp covered cabins) or platform tents. Each unit has electricity. Bathrooms and showers are a short walk away.
Eating: Campers eat outdoors on picnic tables in groups of about 35. One meal is cooked outdoors over coals.
Activities: Swimming, hiking, archery, crafts, games, Bible studies, creek exploration, end-of-week faire, creek traverse, mini-zip line, singing, playground.
Camp size: Up to 120 campers
Cabin size: 6-10 campers in one unit; 1:6 counselor to camper ratio
Family Groups: approximately 30 campers – separated by sex
